Charleston is fun, partner dancing is fun, put those together and you get some…well…fun. We’ll be going over some of our favorite patterns but more so discussing what makes the moves work on the social dance floor and how to get more comfortable to faster tempos. Lindy Hop’s daddy awaits!

Instructors:
Andrew Thigpen (also known as Karen’s “brother from another mother”) and Karen Turman (also known as Andrew’s “sister from another mister”) are basically the same person. All they want to do is dance the Lindy Hop and make each other laugh. Having fun is awesome. They hope you like awesome too. (Since Andrew busted his foot, he will be assisting Karen with the verbal teaching aspect and staying off his foot as much as possible–although he’s an amazing 1-legged lead!)
